Pringle Creek is holding its annual Jump Rope For Heart Event from 1:00 to 2:15 on Friday, May 18^th.  During this fun-filled afternoon all of the students will be outside jumping away to rockin’ tunes to raise awareness about our need to keep our hearts and bodies healthy through exercise.

EQAO (Education Quality and Accountability Office) assessment dates at Pringle Creek P.S. have been finalized.

• Grade 3 students will take their assessment on May 31, June 4, and June 5
• Grade 6 students will take their assessment on May 28, 29, and 30.

The Faculty of Education at UOIT is offering two unique summer camp programs in July and August. A low camper to counsellor ratio ensures maximum involvement. A girls only week is available for both camp programs which allows them to share their interests in science, technology and the environment. Counsellors are concurrent education students and graduates of UOIT’s Faculty of Education program.Camps are offered on the main campus of the University at 2000 Simcoe Street N. Oshawa. Before and after care is available.

Are you considering enrolling your grade one child into the French Immersion Program? The French Immersion Parents' Information Night, will take place at Julie Payette P.S. at 7 p.m. on February 1st. A second information night will be held at the board office at 7 p.m. on April 26th for any parents unable to attend in February. Please see the attached poster for more information:
